To operate the New England transmission system in a safe, secure, reliable, and efficient manner in accordance with all FERC, NERC, NPCC, ISO-NE, and National Grid requirements, standards, and procedures. Key Accountabilities
Switching and tagging activities associated with planned, forced, and emergency outages. Coordinate planned, forced, and emergency outages with applicable entities. System Restoration Operate transmission system equipment within established ratings Implementation of ISO-NE and National Grid Emergency procedures. Monitor the health and accuracy of the EMS system.
