Opportunity Details:

  • Provision of anesthesia services to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Developing an individualized anesthesia plan of care for each patient.
  • Monitoring patients during surgical procedures.
  • Overseeing patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
  • Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) through the NBCRNA.
  • Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license and registration.
  • Graduate degree in nurse anesthesia (Master's or Doctoral degree, as applicable).
  • Maintain all required professional certifications and credentials as required by PAGNY and the facility.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $250,000* to $260,000* (based on years of state licensure) based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $275,000** and $286,000**, which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:

  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
    • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 3x your salary (up to a maximum of $250,000) provided at no cost to you.
    • Additional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.
  • Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
  • Pre-tax employee-paid contributions for commuting expenses.
