This role serves as a strategic finance partner to US Oncology business, primarily responsible for supporting the Business Development integration and owning the commercial strategy and execution of our two brands. The position will be the key point of contact for all US integration related activities, including management and understanding of systems and processes at both Business Development integrations and GSK. The role also supports key commercial functions, owns planning and forecasting activities, business performance analysis and reporting, providing decision support for investment allocation, shape of the organization and future projections. The role requires strong business judgement, executive-level communication, and the ability to simplify complex issues into clear decision support for senior leadership while operating effectively across a sophisticated matrixed environment.
