The range for this position is $235,000 - $265,000 annually, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. What You'll Be Responsible For: The Vice President of Business Process Excellence & Transformation is a transformational leader responsible for helping the organization work together more effectively, efficiently, and consistently to achieve its strategic goals. This role focuses on leading change across the enterprise by building alignment, driving accountability, and fostering behaviors that enable teams to operate as one organization. Working closely with leaders across the enterprise, this executive champions a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational discipline. The role is responsible for helping teams understand and embrace new ways of working, ensuring process ownership is clearly defined, and enabling leaders and employees to successfully adopt and sustain change. Success in this position depends on the ability to influence people, build trust, challenge organizational silos, and lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that simplify how work gets done and improve the employee and customer experience. The role serves as a catalyst for organizational effectiveness, helping leaders translate strategy into execution while embedding accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement into the company's culture. Reporting directly to a COO, this leader plays a critical role in shaping the behaviors, capabilities, and mindset required to support long-term business growth and organizational success.
