School of Veterinary Medicine UW Veterinary Care (UWVC) Emergency Room Compensation:The starting hourly rate for the position is $20 (but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications). In addition to the base pay listed in this posting, ER positions offer a substantial $2.00/hour increase on top of your base pay for night and weekend shifts.
