Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Every great office has that one person who keeps everything together. As a Office Manager in San Fernando, that's you. From managing calendars to keeping projects on track, you'll be the reason things get done, and people stay smiling.

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. Supervise and coordinate daily office administrative activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and ongoing communication. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping. Monitor office supplies and inventory and place orders as needed.

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.



Experience Requirements



  • At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.


Job Duties



  • Supervise and coordinate daily office administrative activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and ongoing communication.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Oversee office equipment, facility maintenance, and service providers.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and office activities.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 20 employees.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to management and staff.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
  • Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Office Manager.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
