Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Basic math skills and ability to accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, and warehouse procedures preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, distribution, warehouse operations, or inventory control. Experience using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar shipping platforms preferred. Medical device manufacturing, distribution, or quality control experience is a plus. Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience preferred. Knowledge of international shipping documentation and trade requirements is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written communication and recordkeeping abilities. Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and stock control. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced distribution environment. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when needed. Strong understanding of shipping records, work orders, and receiving documentation. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reach as needed. Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with occasional outdoor exposure. Sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform shipping, inventory, and warehouse duties. Job Duties Process retail and distributor orders by accurately picking, packing, weighing, and preparing shipments. Create and maintain shipping records, packing documentation, and carrier information. Coordinate shipments with carriers including FedEx, UPS, and freight providers. Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy, proper labeling, and shipment readiness. Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain shipping supplies and ensure warehouse materials are properly organized. Support shipping and receiving operations, including unloading, receiving, and documenting inventory. Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards while assisting with special projects as assigned.
