WhatWe Have to Offer

  • $39.74/hour starting pay
  • $43.55 per hour after completion of required training (Control Tech 2)
  • $46.24 per hour after completion of required training (Control Tech 3)
  • Shift differential- Night Shift $1.00 per hour when working between the hours of 6pm- 6am
  • Up to 120 hours (10 days) vacation annually (depending on schedule)

Your Work Schedule and Shift Information

  • 12-hour shifts - 2on followed by 2 off, 3 on followed by 2 off, 2 on followed by 3 off
  • 6:00 am to 6 pm
  • 6:00 pm to 6 am
  • Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
  • Cycle length is 2 weeks
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and emergency events
  • OT Rate of 1.5 of payrate after 40 hours
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
  • Plantoperates24 hours/day, 7 days/week

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As part of our manufacturing team, you will:

  • Allen Bradley, Wonderware, PLCs, Drives, Motors
  • Utilizing electronic work order system to log completed/missed work
  • Reading and updating electrical and control schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams
  • Providing technical support/skills for equipment troubleshooting and controls/equipment modifications
  • Performing uptime and downtime, preventative electrical maintenance
  • Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
  • Lead new hire onboarding plans
  • Assistother plant areas as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Allen Bradley, Wonderware, PLCs, Drives, Motors
  • Utilizing electronic work order system to log completed/missed work
  • Reading and updating electrical and control schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams
  • Providing technical support/skills for equipment troubleshooting and controls/equipment modifications
  • Performing uptime and downtime, preventative electrical maintenance
  • Understanding, initiating, and participating in Root Cause Analysis (Why, Why)
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
  • Lead new hire onboarding plans
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
  • Mustpossessthe ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplaceregardingwork matters (our business isgenerally conductedin English)
  • Ability tolift upto 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
  • Ability to climb and/or work at heights whileutilizingstairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
  • Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards
  • Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net,gloves,and face masks (whenrequired)
  • Ability to work around high-speed machinery and foodallergens

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
