We are looking for an exceptional creative leader to join their dynamic team for a significant project engagement, where your vision will directly shape immersive experiences and bring compelling narratives to life.

Are you a visionary creative professional with a passion for transforming ideas into breathtaking realities? In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the visual identity of spectacular events, making a tangible impact on brand experiences and leaving a lasting impression on attendees. You will lead the artistic direction for large-scale events, developing innovative visual concepts that seamlessly integrate both print and digital media into cohesive, unforgettable experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding projects from initial concept through to flawless execution, ensuring every visual element aligns with the client's strategic goals and captivates their audience.

Key Responsibilities



  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, account management, and production, to develop groundbreaking creative concepts and approaches.
  • Generate original design concepts and provide comprehensive oversight for projects from their inception to final execution.
  • Develop compelling visual narratives that align perfectly with project briefs, utilizing a powerful combination of words, images, and sketches.
  • Create distinctive event and theme identity systems, meticulously incorporating color palettes, typography, and imagery to define the unique character of each event.
  • Develop detailed storyboards to vividly visualize experiences and ensure a seamless content flow.
  • Strategically select props and plants to enhance and enrich event environments, contributing to the overall aesthetic and atmosphere.
  • Provide expert art direction to a team of designers, guiding them in the creation of diverse creative elements.
  • Coordinate design projects efficiently with creative project managers, event producers, graphic producers, and digital producers.
  • Manage design assets and approval processes effectively using various project management tools.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing successful large-scale event work.
  • Expert knowledge of both print and digital design principles and production processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling visual concepts and skillfully bring them to life.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Experience with various project management tools.
  • A genuine passion for creating immersive and unforgettable experiences.
