Aug 30, 2026
We are seeking a Team Lead, Cloud to provide technical leadership for a multi-tenant enterprise software product team building and operating high-quality .NET applications. This role is responsible for guiding the delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and production support, while driving engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Building on hands-on expertise in .NET and AWS, the Team Lead will own the technical quality of the team's work architecture, design, code review, CI/CD, and security - and partner with internal stakeholders and Infor application teams across onshore and offshore locations to translate business requirements into scalable, actionable technical plans. The lead will manage a team of engineers by allocating workload, conducting performance reviews, and participating in hiring, while driving the adoption of AI and automation to increase productivity and reduce support overhead. This leadership is key to delivering the provisioning, database-migration, configuration-management, and self-service capabilities. This position offers a potential growth path into a Development Manager role for individuals interested in expanding their leadership responsibilities.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions from requirements analysis through deployment and production support, owning realistic estimates and proactively communicating risks to committed timelines.
  • Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance to engineers, serving as the primary point of contact for architecture, design, and codebase decisions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce quality, security, and performance standards before changes are promoted.
  • Ensure technical designs are complete, scalable, and developer-ready, incorporating lessons learned to prevent recurring issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions that align with business needs and existing implementations.
  • Coordinate development and QA efforts across distributed teams, ensuring clear communication, documented decisions, and adherence to established processes.
  • Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, professional development support, and the adoption of AI and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience leading software development initiatives or technical teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and promoting software engineering best practices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications and modern software development practices.
  • Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams, functions, and time zones, including offshore teams.
  • Demonstrated technical judgment across code reviews, design reviews, root cause analyses, and stakeholder discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
  • Experience with .NET technologies and application development.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases, including database provisioning or migration activities.
  • Experience coordinating QA activities, including automation, load, scalability, and security testing.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, governance practices, and people leadership responsibilities.
