We are seeking an execution-focused UX Producer / Digital Product Project Manager to join a team supporting developer-facing web tools (including platforms like TestFlight and developer management portals). In this role, you will act as the tactical operational backbone for specific product domain areas-partnering closely with product designers and software engineers to turn complex requirements into shipped web features.

This is a highly tactical, hands-on role focused on day-to-day project mechanics, clear cross-functional communication, and seamless design-to-engineering handoffs.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Tactical Project Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of specific web tool features, from initial kickoff through design reviews and final engineering handoff.
  • Partner with Design & Engineering: Review PRDs with product designers, identify blockers, establish realistic feature timelines (e.g., 6-week release cycles), and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Manage Review Processes & Action Items: Organize and attend design reviews with internal and leadership stakeholders, meticulously capturing feedback, decision points, and follow-up tasks.
  • Bridge Design & Technical Language: Act as the primary connector between UX design and engineering-ensuring designers have clear requirements and engineers receive complete specs and assets.
  • Track & Communicate Status: Maintain clear, concise visibility on project timelines, risks, and dependencies for design and engineering leadership.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Product-Led PM Experience: 3-6+ years of hands-on project management experience embedded within a software product team, specifically shipping web applications, complex web tools, or SaaS interfaces (desktop and mobile web).
  • UX & Design Literacy: Strong working knowledge of the UX design lifecycle and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). You know how to read design handoffs and speak the language of product design.
  • Execution & Operations Focus: Proven ability to manage tactical day-to-day workflows: running review schedules, chasing down requirements, pushing back when details are missing, and keeping teams on track.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Clear, proactive written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with designers, product managers, and software engineers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with developer tools, web platforms with complex setup/configuration flows, multi-step cart/checkout logic, or subscription/commerce engine administration.
  • Familiarity with platforms similar to UserTesting, Google Play Console, or complex web-based portal applications.
