Are you a compensation professional who enjoys turning market data into smart, practical pay decisions?

TIDI Products is looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to serve as a key compensation resource across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentive compensation, and annual compensation planning and is ready to have a meaningful voice in how compensation programs evolve.

This is not an HRIS administration role. While you'll use data and technology to support your work, your primary focus will be compensation strategy, analysis, program administration, and consultation with business and HR leaders.

You'll help ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, financially responsible, and aligned with our ability to attract and retain great talent.

This position may work remotely, although we ideally seek someone located within approximately two hours of our Neenah, Wisconsin facility.

  • Conduct market pricing and competitive benchmarking for new and existing positions.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external market data.
  • Recommend appropriate salary ranges, grades, and compensation levels.
  • Analyze internal equity, salary compression, market competitiveness, and pay positioning.
  • Translate compensation data into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders.

Job Architecture & Job Evaluation

  • Maintain and evolve TIDI's job architecture and salary structure.
  • Evaluate new and existing positions and recommend appropriate job levels and grades.
  • Partner with HR and leaders to ensure consistent job leveling and classification.
  • Support the development of career paths and organizational structures.
  • Maintain job documentation and compensation-related standards.

Annual Compensation Planning

  • Lead the annual merit and salary review process.
  • Analyze market movement and recommend salary structure and merit budget adjustments.
  • Develop compensation models, costing analyses, and forecasts.
  • Provide leaders and HR partners with compensation guidance and recommendations throughout the year.

Incentive & Sales Compensation

  • Administer annual bonus and incentive compensation programs.
  • Support bonus eligibility, calculations, governance, and payment validation.
  • Partner with Finance on incentive accruals and forecasting.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on sales commission plan design.

Compensation Consulting

  • Serve as a trusted compensation resource to HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and other pay decisions.
  • Help leaders understand compensation data and make consistent, informed decisions.
  • Bring forward market trends, risks, and opportunities that may affect our ability to attract and retain talent.

Growth, Integration & Governance

  • Support compensation activities associated with acquisitions and organizational changes.
  • Benchmark and integrate positions and compensation structures across business units.
  • Support pay transparency requirements and compensation audits.
  • Maintain compensation policies, processes, and governance.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments affecting compensation practices.

What We're Looking For

This role requires substantive, hands-on compensation experience.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience conducting market pricing and compensation benchmarking.
  • Experience evaluating and leveling jobs and administering salary structures and pay ranges.
  • Experience supporting annual merit and compensation planning.
  • Experience analyzing compensation data and making recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with compensation surveys and market-pricing tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Are comfortable challenging assumptions and making recommendations.
  • Can explain complex compensation concepts simply.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
