Responsibilities Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Field Services Technician to support the installation, transition, and sustainment of next-generation Voice Communication Switch (VCS) systems. This role is critical to successful site preparation, system cutover, & customer acceptance, and legacy system decommissioning in operational environments. This position requires a highly skilled field technician who can operate independently, solve complex technical issues under time constraints, and work directly with customers to ensure seamless voice system transitions with minimal operational disruption. Work Location & Travel: This is a remote position; however, candidates local to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area are preferred. This role requires extensive travel, with approximately 95% travel expected. Key Responsibilities

This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
