Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm; 2:00pm-10:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Assembly position available at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. - Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards. - Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor. Assembly Requirements: - 6 months of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work. - Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks. - Team-oriented with good communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger assembly. - Forklift or material handling certification. - Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
