Fabrication Location: Batavia, OH Love building things nobody else can? We're looking for a skilled Fabrication Tech who lives and breathes automotive work and wants to take their career to the next level. No two days are the same: one day it's a custom bumper, the next it's a roll cage or an exhaust system. What You'll Do * Fabricate custom automotive parts and structures by cutting, bending, welding, and assembling sheet metal and pipe to spec. * Weld gas tanks, suspensions, bumpers, air intake boxes, engine mounts, and custom transmission crossmembers. * Build roll cages, rock sliders, bumpers, custom crossmembers, and steps. * Fabricate and assemble exhaust systems (header fabrication is a big plus). * Handle collision repair, body panel replacement, and light body repairs on OEM and aftermarket panels. * Remove, install, align, and gap doors, hoods, tailgates, and quarter panels. * Run plasma cutters, plasma tables, machining tools, soldering equipment, and other fabrication machinery. * Spot problems on your own and fabricate practical solutions, then lead the team in getting it done. What You Bring * Strong MIG and TIG welding skills. * Hands-on experience in automotive fabrication, welding, and sheet metal work. * Solid understanding of automotive mechanical principles and the math for accurate measurements. * Ability to read and write blueprints. * Creative problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail and quality. * Leadership, clear communication, and a clean, organized work style. * A real passion for the automotive industry.
