Get to Know Your Team: UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City. Responsibilities The Materials Tech coordinates and assists with the daily support operations, including inventory management and control. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of related warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience. Preferred Job Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Ability to work in a professional, multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to review information and take action.
