We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist skilled in milling, turning, close-tolerance machining, and prototype manufacturing. Technical Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and specialized machining equipment Manufacture production and prototype parts to exact specifications Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Perform precision measurements and quality inspections using measuring instruments Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC machines under supervision Select tooling, fixtures, materials, feeds, and speeds for optimal machining performance Design and fabricate fixtures and tooling as needed Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and make process adjustments Perform routine maintenance and minor machine repairs Maintain production records, maintenance logs, and related documentation Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Technical/vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent machining education preferred Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience or equivalent industry/military experience Experience with CNC milling, turning, and close-tolerance manufacturing required CAD software experience preferred Strong blueprint reading and dimensional inspection skills Ability to adapt to new equipment and machining technologies Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now!
