- We're seeking a hands-on Senior Product Owner to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of an Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) platform. What You'll Do:
- Own the product vision, delivery backlog, and prioritization, translating business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and test scenarios.
- Design, configure, and enhance the EKM ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, governed content catalogs, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, publishing workflows, lifecycle automation, and approval processes.
- Build Power BI dashboards and reporting models to track content quality, lifecycle health, compliance, usage, and platform effectiveness.
- Partner with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and technology teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive delivery through agile practices.
- Lead end-to-end solution quality, testing, release management, documentation, production readiness, and ongoing platform improvements while ensuring compliance with risk, regulatory, and audit requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5+ years of SharePoint Online configuration experience beyond site and page authoring, including content types, managed metadata and term store, list and view JSON formatting, search configuration, permission patterns and audience-based visibility.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in building, configuring or supporting workflow and automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Appian or comparable low-code technologies, including solution and environment management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, testing scenarios and release documentation while translating business needs into executable solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with content development, content assessment, information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, search optimization, governance and lifecycle management concepts.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience operating in regulated environments, including financial services, fintech or comparable industries.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Microsoft Search and Copilot, and with building reporting and dashboards in Power BI or comparable tools.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online - Advanced Configuration and Power BI - Data Modeling & Dashboards
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Low Code Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate and Appian
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of business, analytical, technical, digital product, transformation, product ownership, content management, knowledge management or related experience, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of technical delivery
- Experience applying content quality standards, editorial standards, accessibility standards or governance frameworks at scale.
- Experience using agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex or similar technologies to support analysis, prototyping, documentation, automation or testing activities.
- Experience with advanced Power Platform or Appian development, solution management, deployment and environment management practices.
- Experience in trust services, institutional services, legal operations, compliance or other document-intensive environments.
- Experience partnering with user experience, design, architecture, cybersecurity, risk, legal, compliance, operations or other enterprise shared-service functions.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, design thinking, systems thinking and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to improve analysis, content drafting, tagging, documentation, testing or operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to bridge business and technical teams, manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and independently.
