What You'll Do:
- Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation activities for complex technology initiatives.
- Develop technical specifications, project plans, system documentation, and solution designs that align with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee development activities, mentor junior team members, and support project delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Analyze application performance, troubleshoot issues, execute test plans, and ensure supported systems operate efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, new technologies, and strategic enhancements.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 7 years of systems analysis/application development experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience recommending and implementing systems solutions.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in C# / .NET 10, Blazor / Mud Blazor, Git Lab CI/CD.
- Minimum of 7 years of Azure Development & Terraform experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SQL Server, TSQL, Data Migration, ETL, Power BI.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing work throughout the full application lifecycle, from gathering and documenting business requirements through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting applications.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience actively participating in Scrum/Agile teams.

- Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Action-oriented.

- Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
- Strong technical ownership and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Microsoft technology stack.
- Contribute to application migration and modernization in Azure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Willingness to participate in the team's on-call rotation and provide after-hours application support when scheduled Our Technology organization is continuously modernizing and improving its applications, processes, and technology practices.
