APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design and implement technical solutions: Assess infrastructure, support solution architecture, and contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. Collaborate with business and technology teams: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate opportunities into effective technical solutions. Maintain technical standards and documentation: Develop and review architectural documentation, support procedures, policies, and technical standards while promoting industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and vendor coordination: Mentor and coach junior team members, review proposed changes and technical documentation, and coordinate with vendors and external technical resources as needed. Support risk management and continuous improvement: Follow regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management standards while expanding technical expertise and keeping pace with financial services technology trends. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6+ years of experience in systems design, management or architecture. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, Dev Ops, Platform Engineering Minimum 6+ years of experience in Azure Dev Ops Minimum 6+ years of experience in GitLab Minimum 6+ years of experience in source control and code repository platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitLab, including Git-based version control, branching strategies, code promotion models, and CI/CD pipeline development and administration. Minimum 6+ years of experience in designing and supporting cloud-based software delivery solutions using platforms such as Azure DevOps What Sets You Apart: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Minimum 6 years professional experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design or development for complex applications. Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured high-quality implementations using any variety of industry standard approaches. Advanced technical skills. Knowledge of infrastructure as code, cloud-native deployment patterns, and modern application delivery practices.
