in New Mexico Indigenous (Puebloan) Language Education,
as well as familiarity with community
needs and goals of New Mexico on Bilingual Education, specifically for

The successful candidate will have completed
all requirements for the Ph.D. in
Indigenous Language Education or related fields before Fall 2027. The successful

undergraduate levels, including introductory content courses (e.g., Research in

Seminar), and preservice educator preparation courses (e.g., Teaching Culturally
and Linguistically Diverse Students). Moreover, LLSS faculty also teach doctoral courses required in the core curriculum. The candidate will support
the teaching of BETESOL courses that are integrated with the American Indian
Education program and design courses aligned with their expertise.
