* Prepare and deliver executive-level briefs to senior DoD decision-makers, summarizing technical risks, design trade-offs, and international impacts.
* Coordinate with U.S. and allied engineering organizations to ensure interoperability, data exchange, configuration alignment, and common architecture frameworks.
* Support classified and multi-level engineering environments, performing analyses across mission, system, and subsystem levels.
Position Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of export controls, including ITAR Part 120-130, EAR, NDP-1, releasability processes, Golden Sentry, and FMS case execution.
* Technical experience with international or coalition architectures, foreign military integration requirements, and configuration tailoring for exportable systems.
* Ability to analyze and communicate technical impacts of capability release, alternative architectures, or downgraded configurations.
* Proven ability to prepare high-quality, decision-ready engineering products for senior acquisition leaders.
* Strong cross-cultural communication skills for engagement with partner nations and multinational engineering teams.
* Proven ability to work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical information into concise, decisionready executive summaries.
* Ability to work efficiently across multiple security levels and collaboration environments.
* Experience coordinating and leading technical teams to successful completion of tasks.
