We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. General Information Number of Beds: 24 Number of Staff: 46 Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts) Unit Staffing Description: 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients Documentation System: EPIC Scheduling Requirements: Straight nights or 50/50 Floating Policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient Typical Hiring Profile Must Have: 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience List of Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s) Rapid Sequence Intubations Central line placements Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills Procedures Performed on Unit Central line placement Bronchoscopy Intubation Arterial line placement Chest tube placement Best Personality Fit Outgoing, team player Required Certifications ACLS Floating Areas PCU Dress Code Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean Blue Weekends and On Call 3 weekend shifts within a 4 week period About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
