Job Duties Visit assigned stores, restaurants, and grocery stores as a mystery shopper/checker Attempt to purchase designated items following provided instructions Evaluate whether clerks properly verify identification and follow company procedures Issue a green card if the clerk passes the compliance check or a red card if the clerk fails Complete all assigned route locations during each shift Accurately document observations and inspection results Return completed reports and documentation to the branch office Follow all company procedures and maintain confidentiality throughout the assignment Experience Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Must be 21 to 25 years old.
