Director of National Accounts

Ultimate Staffing Services, the business line of Roth Staffing Companies that supports staffing for administrative, HR, marketing, sales, manufacturing and assembly positions, is seeking a Director of National Accounts to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our key national client and MSP partnerships. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team of MSP Specialists and National Account Managers, driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth while serving as a strategic partner to customers and cross-functional leadership teams.

As the leader of our National Accounts team, you'll develop account strategies, strengthen client relationships, and ensure successful delivery across our National Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of MSP Specialists and National Account Managers, establishing performance expectations, driving accountability, and supporting career development.
• Establish and execute strategic account plans for national MSP and enterprise clients to drive revenue growth, retention, and market expansion.
• Provide strategic oversight of requisition management processes to ensure fulfillment goals and client expectations are achieved.
• Identify potential sales opportunities to gain market share and grow accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external users and clients.
• Serve as the escalation point, navigating and resolving client concerns.
• Design and create roadmaps and SOPs to support VMS accounts.
• Oversee compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation activities across national accounts.
• Monitor team performance against key metrics, SLAs, and client objectives, and implement process improvements.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with VMS/MSP clients, proactively managing accounts to ensure alignment with KPIs and contracts.
• Acquire a high level of knowledge of Roth's culture, features and benefits, strategic solutions, systems, and technologies, and share that knowledge with coworkers.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of proven experience managing national, enterprise, and MSP/VMS staffing programs.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing account management teams.
• Hands-on recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of MSP/VMS program operations, SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance.
• Track record of driving account growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Executive presence with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Degree in a technical, communications or business area preferred or equivalent experience.
