Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

The Auditor will be responsible for examining financial records, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and/or external audits of financial statements and operational processes
• Review accounting records, transactions, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate internal control systems and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, ACCA) preferred
• Proven experience in auditing or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• High attention to detail and ethical standards
