The Role

UST is searching for a Junior Project Manager; Supply Chain and New Product Introduction to join a World-Renowned Global Consumer Products, Personal Care, Cosmetics corporation.

What You'll Do

* Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results

* Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones

* Leading weekly team meetings

* Adherence to overall project plan and timeline

* Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to ensure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members

* Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track

* Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed

What You Need

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Communication Skills

* 2-3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role

* Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry

* Strong Analytical skills

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid - New Jersey

Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
