Talent Acquisition Partner

Execute the full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating and offers.

• • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and other HR systems.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and external vendors.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment trend analysis to inform hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media and professional networks.
  • Represent the company at campus and industry recruiting events (virtual and in-person).
  • Participate in TA/HR projects and operational initiatives.
  • Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership.
  • Advise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience filling entry-level and skilled hourly roles.
  • Experience filling transportation roles preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and HRIS tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation and professionalism.

The anticipated base salary for this position could range from between $55,000 to $70,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate's qualifications for the role, including education and experience. *This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
