The Loader/Unloader position supports daily production operations by safely handling and moving products/materials and performing assigned loading and unloading responsibilities. Dependable candidates who are safety-focused, comfortable working in a physical production environment, and able to consistently meet attendance and operational expectations.

Job Duties

• Load and unload products/materials.
• Safely move and handle materials throughout the work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other assigned production duties as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Loader.
• Prior experience in industrial laundry

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
