About this Role - Sr. Engineering Manager We are looking for a talented Senior Engineering Manager who has a passion for quality construction. This position will set strategic direction and priorities for the engineering and project management functions for a new fabrication facility in Peshtigo, WI, focused on manufacturing critical electrical infrastructure products serving utility and energy customers. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee project delivery, design quality, and financial performance from purchase order through production release. This leader will serve as the key coordination point between engineering, operations, and customers to keep projects on schedule and constructible, while building the team's capability through active mentorship and development. What You'll Do - Oversee the Engineering Project Management and Sales/Estimating functions - Oversee the Sales and Estimating team, ensuring potential work is strategically aligned with the business plan - Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the entire purchase order to delivery process - Provide oversight of production support, delivering timely feedback to operations and maintaining open lines of communication - Set priorities across active engineering projects - Review and approve design deliverables prior to production release - Coordinate with Operations and Business Operations on constructability and delivery timing - Assist in setting strategic direction for the department - Review financial performance of projects on a regular cadence with project management teams - Mentor and develop engineering staff What You'll Bring - 6+ years of engineering management experience, ideally in prefab, modular, or building products - Bachelor's degree in engineering (structural, mechanical, or related) or equivalent experience - Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills What You'll Get - 401(k) with company match (Traditional & Roth) - Paid Holidays and PTO - Medical, Dental, and Vision - Flexible Spending Accounts - Health Savings Account - Accident Insurance - Hospital Indemnity Insurance - Critical Illness Insurance - LifeLock Identity Theft Protection - Employee Discounts - Short-Term & Long-Term Disability | |
