TLD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Morgantown, WV operations. This position is responsible for the movement of materials, manufacturing components, and production parts throughout the facility to ensure efficient operations and uninterrupted production. The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed.

• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including processing incoming and outgoing materials.
• Pull orders and stage materials to support production requirements.
• Manage the outbound movement of parts required for manufacturing and spare parts service operations.
• Complete inventory transactions and cycle count activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Return unused materials to inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with material handling and transportation throughout the facility.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support team objectives and complete other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, as well as pallet jacks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Pride in workmanship and a positive, reliable attitude.
• OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 Power Industrial Truck certification preferred prior to operation.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely move and handle materials throughout the facility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
