Senior Consultant, Strategy Growth & Transformation needed for a Direct Hire opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Huntsville, AL. Candidates must have an active Secret clearance to be considered for this role. Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant, Strategy Growth & Transformation you will: Step into the role of Program Management Office Support engaged in modernization of the client's technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness Play a pivotal role in transforming the efficiency, agility, and resilience of client-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operation Work at the intersection of supply chain best practices, data analysis, and logistics while supporting facilities modernize both technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness The successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must hold an Active Secret Clearance Ability to be on-site in Huntsville, AL 5 days/week 4 to 8 years experience Background in Supply Chain/Logistics: Deep understanding of planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes Proficient in Data Analysis: Ability to work with enterprise data (ERP, maintenance, procurement) and translate findings into business insights Strong and proven Project Management skills Preferred: Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, and public sector constraints. #INDSOC Estimated Min Rate: $112000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $160000.00
