BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTTRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTSt. Ignatius The successful applicant must have a Post-secondary education in mental health related field or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in medical records, scheduling, and office work is preferred. Valid and unrestricted drivers license. Must pass a background and suitability check according to Public Law 101-630; the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcripts, certifications, copy of valid drivers license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test, subject to random testing, and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $17.82 - $20.48 per hour, plus benefits (Health ins, Life ins, Retirement, long term disability, and personal time off), may be employed under contract.
