We are in search of an experienced Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our committed team.

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical work to support our sales and recruitment teams.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients and travelers.
  • Create and maintain reports using Excel.
  • Understand how our business operates to ensure a proactive approach.
  • Send reports and other tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze data.
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and work independently.
  • Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
