Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiac Surgery Services (Full-Time or PRN)

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Johns Hopkins Health System (JHHS), Baltimore, MD

Department: Cardiac Surgery

Position Type: Full-Time or PRN (As Needed), Open to Days or Nights

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APP) to join our Cardiac Surgery team. If you are looking for a PRN position and have experience in CVOR first assist and vein harvesting, CVSICU and/or cardiac surgery stepdown care, please apply!

Inpatient Units:

This position, based on candidate experience, would serve use in cardiac OR, CVSICU, CVSICU-Extension Unit, and/or cardiac stepdown unit.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Maryland.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant by a recognized national certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider, preferably in cardiac surgery.
