Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HME Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring inventory integrity across various locations. You will perform daily, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts, monitor and control inventory accuracy, and research and resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will ensure product identification and location accuracy within the warehouse and other inventory locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

- Monitor and control inventory integrity.

- Maintain product identification, location, and bin accuracy.

- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Address inventory problems in a timely manner.

- Report discrepancies, such as over/under amounts and damaged products.

- Correct inventory issues using the Brightree system.

- Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers and forklifts.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in cycle counting and inventory management.

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Basic math skills.

- Experience with warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers and forklifts.

- Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15%) within the Maryland-DC region to reconcile inventory.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

- This position is physically active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, sitting, and climbing throughout the day.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.03 per hour - Maximum 29.72 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
