Prep Cook

As part of Major League Home Clubhouse, the Prep Cook, is a vital role maintaining the high standards of our major league kitchen and culinary operations

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Perform general food preparation tasks, following recipes and quality control standards set by the senior culinary team.
• Assist in inventory control by stocking, storing, and rotating supplies, and relaying par discrepancies.
• Inspect all kitchen and dining room surfaces to ensure that all areas are safe and sanitary in accordance with food handling procedures.
• Efficiently clean, maintain, and organize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional culinary experience in a professional or amateur athletic setting, restaurant or commissary kitchen, as well as knowledge of food safety and SERV Safe certified is preferred.

As part of the Milwaukee Brewers Culinary Operations Team, you will help prepare high quality nutritional menus for our players and staff. Our main goal is to provide healthy meals that help fuel the team to a World Series Championship.
