MedStar Health is seeking a Neuromuscular Neurologist to join the teams at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center (MFSMC) and MedStar Union Memorial Hospital (MUMH) in Baltimore, Maryland. Neurologists on staff have the opportunity to be on faculty at Georgetown University. Dr. Carlo Tornatore, Chair of Neurology for MedStar Health, and the team at Georgetown University welcome faculty to participate in MedStar wide grand rounds, faculty meetings, collaboration with other subspecialists within the department, and participation in clinical research and teaching.
Position Highlights:
Georgetown University faculty appointment (Associate or Assistant level, dependent on experience)
Ambulatory clinic shared at both MFSMC and MUH with huge demand for EMGs at MFSMC and MUMH with large neurosurgical/orthospine services on campus. MUMH is home of the Curtis National Hand Center and has a large cardiology presence.
Dedicated research support including clinical trial personnel
