Serves as a trainer for new employees and assists with direct observation of staff for annual competency program. Functions as a liaison to system Technical Specialist and may serve as Charge Tech in absence of manager.CLIA Role: Testing Personnel Moderate complexity testing Testing Personnel High Complexity testing. Physical Demands Pay Range Pay Range: $39.05 to $50.42 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
