We are looking for a Director, Licensing to join our team.

As part of our team, you will:



  • Lead the negotiation and finalizing of licensing agreements including the drafting of language to address complex legal and business concepts.
  • Lead the negotiation and finalizing of NDA's
  • Work with the litigation team to support litigation strategy and execution.
  • Support licensing executives in achieving business goals and targets.
  • Must be able to multitask across multiple licensing engagements and must be able to handle several license negotiations concurrently.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and a broad business perspective to design and develop projects, processes, and content relevant especially for our patent licensing business.
  • Influence business strategy to address internal or external business and customer issues.

You have:



  • At least 7 Years of experience in litigation and contract drafting.
  • Juris Doctor or equivalent.
  • Proven deal-making skills - ability to understand all sides in a negotiation while seeking effective and creative solutions.
  • Litigation/contract drafting experience in OTT/Streaming Video and/or social media markets is a big plus.
  • Good negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills as well as a team player mindset.
  • Familiarity with patent licenses and related legal agreements is required.
  • Project management skills, and determination to see things through to completion.
  • Thinks and acts creatively to develop and apply new innovative approaches to complex problems.
  • Analytical skills and understanding of financial analyses.
  • Able to work with high degree of independence.
  • Willingness to travel and to work under pressure.
  • Communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English.
