About the Role: As the Medical Strategy Lead, Rare Syndromes, you'll shape the destiny of our Rare Epilepsy product's medical endeavors, hand in hand with our esteemed leadership team. Your expertise in epilepsy, particularly focusing on DEEs, will be pivotal in crafting and executing our medical plan with finesse. This role isn't just about strategy; it's about leveraging profound insights to propel our mission forward within the labyrinth of medical affairs. What You'll Do:

For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills Minimum Qualifications: * Doctorate (Pharm.D., MD, or Ph.D.) * Minimum of 8 years medical affairs experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing/leading a team * Minimum of 3 years of expertise in Drug Evaluation and Education Preferred Qualifications:
This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $177,200-$232,575 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
