IIM BPO Logistics Operator

• Receiving and accepting shipping/receiving deliveries
• Manage client file boxes within Processing Center
• Manage warehouse spacing and volume
• Travel to client sites to provide Whie Glove packing services
• Transport client files back to Processing center.
• Coordinating box disposition
• Obtain Change of Custody document from clients

Other essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receive, schedule and transport customer files
• Use existing software solutions to manage box inventory and distribution
• Manage and provide documents/boxes to and from appropriate production individuals, when needed
• Keep production staff stocked with boxes at appropriate levels and distribute, as needed
• Coordinate all box locations within the warehouse
• Responsible for destruction services
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong listening skills; ability to understand customers' needs and equate them to KMBS BlueIrisIQ Scanning Services
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to execute within a team structure
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors
• Knowledge of back-file and day forward scanning preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of lean practices
• Ability to drive 26-foot box truck
• Ability to operate pallet jack and lift jack
• Ability to use hand truck to load and unload client file boxes
• Plan and book travel arrangement using travel software

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs, moving and carrying boxes, standing, walking

• Experience servicing internal and external customers
• Experience working with external vendors/ partners

License Requirements:

• Valid driver's license required

• Local travel to client site
• Occasional ability to travel via a plane to client sites
