Our company is looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our inside sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive, a good listener, and have superb interpersonal skills. Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will provide support to the entire sales team by assisting with information gathering to assess markets and customers, as well as processing internal data to monitor and report sales activity, CRM opportunities, quotes, orders, sales forecasts, gross margin, etc. In addition, this role will support marketing activities by maintaining a database of customer applications and gathering information for developing case studies and coordinating other sales and marketing activities. This role may also perform proactive selling of spare parts.
