Description & Requirements About the Role This position is for the Senior Engineering Manager of the Video and Control Firmware team of Harman Pro focusing on the AMX brand of products. The position requires 15+years of development experience and 10+ years of management experience and involves the oversight of a global team of 20+ firmware engineers (and three managers) in Richardson, TX and Shenzhen China. Duties include all areas of firmware project oversight including estimation, scheduling and tracking. Individual development contributions are also expected with this role as an active member/lead on a project team. This position is a tier 2 staffing manager with oversight of resource allocation, team goal setting, performance evaluation and hiring as needed. Your Team This position reports to the Senior Director of Engineering for Video and Control Harman Professional Solutions. #LI-RR3 Pay Transparency $ 142,500 - $ 209,000 Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
