Job Description Summary

The Data Analytics and Reporting team at Enterprise helps more efficiently and effectively achieve our mission by driving the organization's data strategy, analyzing and reporting on organizational performance, and partnering with our IT department to strengthen our internal data systems.
Data Analytics and Reporting is hiring a Project Manager to execute department projects, triage and scope data requests, manage quarterly reporting processes, and help coordinate with stakeholders in our businesses and IT.

The Project Manager must have proven experience managing data projects and performance reporting. They must have strong teamwork and communication skills, be excited about learning and problem-solving, and have a passion for social justice.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Triage and scope internal requests for data. Work with analytics staff to fulfill requests and communicate back results clearly and accurately to non-technical audiences.
  • Manage quarterly and annual KPI reporting processes and dashboards.
  • Coordinate data collection and data reporting for compliance with grants from federal agencies, such as EPA and HUD.
  • Scope and plan department projects, such as: the development of new data tools and reports, implementing new business processes to better manage organizational data, and development of new data collection instruments.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to standards for quality assurance and documentation.
  • Maintain clear channels of communication between project stakeholders, team members and department leadership.
  • Manage the department Jira boards, sprint planning, and regular team stand-ups.
  • Work closely with members of Enterprise's IT department to improve data systems and solve technological roadblocks for data projects.
  • Be a champion for greater department efficiency, data quality, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational background in a discipline that emphasizes analyzing or structuring quantitative information.
  • 2+ years of project management experience with the ability to scope, plan, manage resources, and execute data projects.
  • Experience working in data systems, data management, performance measurement, business intelligence, or database architecture.
  • Experience with both agile and traditional waterfall methods of project management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and mapping platforms (such as PowerBI, Tableau, ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online) and SQL databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating data for non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with experience working with diverse, multi-functional teams, virtually or in-person.
  • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, desire for self-improvement, passion for social equity, and excitement about sharing new skills and knowledge.

Additional Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience working in a mission-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with issues in community development, housing policy, urban economics, demographics and/or real estate development.
  • Experience with Azure cloud data services
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as WorkDay)

The base salary for this role is $ 85,000 to $100,000 , depending on level of skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
