MTSI delivers specialized technical, engineering, and acquisition services to a wide range of government and commercial customers. Founded in 1993 by Phil Soucy and Tom McMahan, MTSI has continued to grow and employs over 500 employees based at seven strategically located offices and multiple additional client sites across the country. MTSI original owners, project team members, and employees are actively engaged in our nation’s most mission critical engineering programs.
