Job Summary
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in accordance with company and state standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Mixes alcoholic beverages
- Verifies the ages of patrons
- Manages liquor inventory
- Keeps track of bar supplies
- Trains new bar staff, including barkeeps
- Helps maintain the flow of orders
- Collects cash and process payments
- Maintains a tidy bar area
- Greets customers and offer drink suggestions, when applicable
