Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
Performs repairs and basic maintenance within a building to make sure everything is running smoothly and up-to-code.
Primary Responsibilities
- Repairs faulty wires
- Surveys buildings and mechanical systems within
- Installs new boilers and other temperature-controlling machinery
- Sets up ventilation and refrigeration machinery/systems
- Changes and replaces lightbulbs/circuit breakers
- Fixes locks
- Repairs and replaces doors and windows
- Manages pest control
- Performs ongoing landscaping services
- Prepares maintenance budgets
